Q) Hello every one.. My got my AdSense account approved yesterday and activated AdSense gadget. I also created first ad unit and pasted the ad code in HTML/JavaScript of layout section. The live ads appeared for a while but then it suddenly disappeared. Please help me out. Any solution?

Yes it common problem faced by many bloggers. Actually at this time your account is under review. Google will check your content and finally decide whether to approve your website or to keep it under review. It may take two weeks or even more for the review team to take decision. You have to wait patiently. If your account will be approved you will receive mail from google team and your live ads will appear once again. You should check out the following link in the mean time for easy approval.

No, its not compulsory to put ad codes immediately. If your website is under development phase and you apply ad codes then google will review your webpage for final approval process, certainly it will give negative impression to Google. I suggest you to first develop you pages well and then apply for second stage i.e putting your ad codes.
